Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Fallnn ("we," "us") collects when you use the Fallnn iOS app or this website, why we collect it, who has access, and your rights. If anything is unclear, contact us at nene@fallnn.app.

What we collect

• Account information. Email address and (optional) full name when you create an account. Authentication is handled by our third-party identity provider (Supabase).
• Photos you upload to search. Images you submit via the camera, photo picker, or URL paste. Photos are processed by our search backend to extract garment matches and are not stored permanently after the search response is returned.
• Saved items and search history. The products you save and a small history of your recent searches, used to personalize your home feed. Stored in your account on Supabase and locally on your device.
• Style preferences. The gender, style, brand, and budget choices you make during onboarding, used to personalize the feed and search results.
• Usage telemetry. Aggregate, non-identifying information about how the app is used (e.g. number of searches per day) so we can improve the product. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs at this time.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not run facial recognition on uploaded photos.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not share your saved items or search history with brands or affiliate networks.
• We do not place advertising trackers in the app.

How we use third parties

Fallnn uses the following service providers to run the product:

• Supabase for authentication and database storage of your account, saved items, and preferences.
• Fly.io for hosting the search backend that processes uploaded photos.
• Affiliate networks (e.g. Skimlinks, Awin, Impact). When you tap a product link, you may be redirected through an affiliate-network URL that records the click. These networks may set their own cookies in their browser context. We never share your email, photos, or saved items with them.

Affiliate links and disclosure

Fallnn participates in retail affiliate programs. When you tap through to a brand's site and complete a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This is how we keep the app free. We do not rank products by commission rate; matches are sorted purely by visual similarity. Per FTC guidelines, every product link in the app is implicitly an affiliate link unless explicitly noted.

Your rights

• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings.
• You can clear your saved items and search history at any time.
• To request a copy of all data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it permanently, email nene@fallnn.app. We respond within 14 days.

Children

Fallnn is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app and at the top of this page.
