These terms govern your use of the Fallnn iOS app and this website ("Fallnn," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Fallnn is a fashion discovery tool that helps you find products visually similar to garments in a photo. Search results are returned as a list of items from third-party brands' websites; we do not sell products directly. Tapping a result takes you to the third party's site, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fallnn. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
You retain ownership of photos you upload to search. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process those photos through our search pipeline solely to return results to you. We do not republish your photos publicly or share them with third parties.
Do not upload photos containing other people's faces or likenesses without their consent, or photos that infringe someone's copyright.
Fallnn participates in retail affiliate programs. When you click a product link in the app and complete a purchase on a brand's site, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which products are returned by our visual search; rankings are based on visual similarity alone.
Fallnn surfaces products from third-party brands. We do not control their availability, pricing, sizing, returns policy, or the quality of items shipped. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the brand, not Fallnn. Prices and availability shown in the app are best-effort cached snapshots and may be out of date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fallnn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to USD $100.
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app or at the top of this page; continued use after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
